You must be 18 years of age or older to order a commission.

All listings are for digital artwork. Commissions will be delivered in PNG format through DM or email at the client's preference.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request based on client behaviour, time constraints, subject matter, etc.

I will not draw offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

I will not mimic the art style of an existing artist or IP.

Harassment, guilt-tripping, and inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the commission and blacklisting from future sales.

When ordering a commission, please provide clear and readable reference images as well as any details that will help me create the artwork you want.

After you submit your order, I will reach out to you to confirm your order. Once payment is received I will start your commission.

Turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks for commissions depending on workload and response times. Sketches are usually delivered within the first few days after payment is received.

You will have the opportunity to review your commission throughout the process during which you can request changes to the artwork.

You can request up to 3 changes to the artwork per commission order. Any changes after this will incur a fee unless it's an error on my part.

If you need your commission finished by a certain date, please let me know before ordering a commission.

I take payment through PayPal invoicing. I will not start your commission until payment has been received.

Add-ons are available at an extra cost. Some details may be added for free. These prices are outlined in my price sheet.

All orders include 3 change requests that you can use during the commission process. Any changes after this will incur a fee unless it’s an error on my part.

Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis.

If some work has been finished already, a partial refund can be offered for the unfinished work.

If I cannot finish your commission because of personal reasons (time constraints, emergencies, etc) I will offer a full refund.

I retain all rights to my artwork. I may post the artwork to my social media or portfolio. If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know beforehand.

Commissions are for personal use only. Personal use includes—but is not limited to—posting the image to your character's page, printing a copy of the artwork for yourself, using the artwork as a phone background or pfp, etc.

Pay-to-use and free-to-use bases can be used for adoptables, personal art, gift art, etc., as long as credit is clearly visible and links back to me. Bases cannot be used for commercial use, redistributed, resold, copied, or claimed as your own.

You may not use the artwork commercially unless agreed upon in writing. Commercial use includes—but is not limited to—using the artwork for merchandise, selling prints, advertisements, for-profit websites/apps, or anything else that generates income.

Commercial use requires an additional fee and must be discussed before I start your commission.

Do not edit my artwork, or claim my artwork as your own. Credit must be clearly stated when sharing the artwork.

Do not use my artwork for NFTs or generative AI training.

Custom designs and adopts are for personal use only. Personal use includes—but is not limited to—using the design as a personal character, making or commissioning art of the design, using them in pfps or banners, etc.

Commercial use is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing. Commercial use includes—but is not limited to—merchandise, advertisements, for-profit websites/apps, or anything else that generates income.

Commercial use requires an additional fee. You can reach out to me to purchase a commercial license for a personal use design.

Do not claim my design as your own. Credit must be clearly stated where appropriate.

You are welcome to make edits, alternative versions, or redesign after purchase but do not edit the original artwork.

Custom designs and adopts may be traded, re-sold, or gifted after purchase. Any alt. versions and redesigns should be included when trading the original design away.

If you wish to transfer the design to a species MYO, please contact me beforehand.
